Aviation Cases

With two attorneys who are licensed pilots, our firm understands the complexities of aviation litigation. Mr. Taylor became a licensed pilot at age 16. He has logged thousand of  hours in both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. Mr.Taylor flew helicopters in the Tennessee National Guard for many years and has been a certified instructor for both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Chuck has successfully tried many jury cases, primarily in U.S. District Court.  He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.

Besides his extensive experience involving helicopters, Mr. Taylor owns and flies an acrobatic fixed wing aircraft.  He has attended numerous special training courses on how to do acrobatic maneuvers.

Mr. Levy is also a licensed pilot. He has participated in numerous aircraft cases. Farrell is a Board Certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been selected as a Fellow of the Council of Litigation Fellows. Farrell has been selected as a Super Lawyer in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury in the Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2006.  He has also been selected as one the Best Attorneys in the United States in Products Liability. He has been selected as a Top Attorney in Knoxville in aviation cases by City View Magazine.
